Alex, the owner of the Medford and Ashland stores, has tremendous integrity, and when my new bike had issues, he promptly and courteously resolved the problems, His major concern was that I was happy with the outcome even though it had a negative financial impact on his business. I will definitely recommend this business and use it for any future biking needs.

I’m from Sydney Australia and am currently on a 3 week cycle tour from Portland to LA. I stopped in to get a tune up and on the spot Alex kindly gave my Surly a once over. He noticed the rear disc pads were almost worn through and replaced them. I really appreciate it and recommend these guys - professional and efficient. Thanks guys �

Yesterday Greg, at Ashland Cycle Sport, noticed me outside across the street. My bicycle was upside down as I attempted to re-engage a slipped chain. I had made a distress call to a friend and was awaiting assistance. Greg took me and my bike into the store. He quickly fixed the chain. He went on to put air into both tires. Then he pointed out to me how my kickstand was contacting my wheel. Then he cleaned up my bike and let me use the bathroom to clean my very greasy hands.
