RecommendedI lived at Ashland for two years and was incredibly happy with the leasing staff, maintenance crew and community. Always accommodating and flexible. A nice quiet place to live in a great, centralized location! Very happy with my time there, and highly recommend to anyone looking for good, affordable housing in Columbia!
It used to be a nice place to live before they had a new person for front desk and custumer service position. She just try to make argument with the client, always tries to prove she is right and the clients are wrong, even never know how to say "could you please ..." or something like that, just "you must, you have to...". She is doing the worse custumer service that I have ever seen.
