Sam and Billy replaced our heat pump and air handler. They were professional, knowledgeable and CLEAN. We are beyond happy with the service from the maintenance crew Brandon, the estimator Bobby to the lovely owner Roger who came out for the estimate. Thank you

Final update...10/27. Another tech came out. Replaced another part. Heat works now. Very happy! ===== I will adjust my review once my issues are resolved. Had a new A/C and blower installed 6month ago ($9,500). A/C was working fine until we turned the heat on 2 weeks ago. The heat was not working. We called Ashland Furnace..a tech came out and said a new control board needs to be ordered. 9 days later..no part. We called and were told we would get a call back to see what the hold up is. Never received any call back. I called... read more

I couldn’t get my heart to work so I called them they came that evening and got it working and the price was amazing. Great coustmer service.
