I trusted a family member of mine because I had issues back at home, so that family member recommended this place. At first, looking on the outside, I thought this place was really nice, but it was not. My apartment had so many issues before moving in. I even had pictures and wrote it down. I was pregnant. Staff had gotten a lot better recently. Very friendly and helpful. We had a vehicle that was not running and we had to let them know it will sit for a few weeks and it was never towed. Very grateful they never did. We managed to get it out of the parking lot soon after. The only issue we have is the valet trash, I don’t blame anyone because I don’t know, but something happens often and they won’t be able to take the trash.
