I scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday and specifically told the receptionist I needed a Tuesday, well she scheduled me for a Thursday instead And when I told them I needed to reschedule it because it's not a day I'm available, they told me they can't accept a reschedule because I've missed a few appointments in the past (over a year ago). Very professional and very friendly. Two fillings, early morning, even avoided a root canal.
My fiancé had come here awhile ago to get a root canal cleaning, they had improperly numbed her and she could feel EVERYTHING they were doing the entire time. They had done a temp filling and wanted her to come back in for a crown. When we went back they had numbed her, walked around acting completely clueless, told us pretty much they had no plan and they shouldn’t have numbed her so we had nothing done that day and when I had addressed the issue with staff, they were very rude and unprofessional. I have had work done by both dentists and never had any trouble. Bobbi has always done my fillings and does a very professional job. She does my teeth and makes sure that they are what I like and need. I can’t say enough good things about the staff both front and back. They are down to earth people who are just trying to make everybody’s life easier.
