Services very expensive and sometimes unnecessary. When I went in to get my rear door checks replaced, I was quoted a price that was over double the next spot I went. Additionally, they suggested a few more things to fix, including my front brakes and rotors and timing belt, and also quoted me very high prices to fix them. After checking these out at another spot, that was simply not true - not even my front brake pads really needed to be replaced yet, though they were the closest of the three. Ashland Automotive did a great job repairing a water pump on my van. It is a handicap vehicle and they did it quickly so I could have that Mobility.
When I noticed a grinding sound when breaking, these guys were able to fit me in to diagnose, then solve the problem. All with excellent communication and a very fair price. What more can I say?
3000 $ to replace my water pump, charging me $2000 for labor They saw that I was pregnant, a woman, and in need of a fix, so they put the maximum price. How ridiculous.
