I purchased a 2014 infinity qx60 for 11k from there in late 24 , didn’t even put 10k miles on it before the alternator went out, I tried reaching out to them about it with no response. On top of that the middle seatbelt doesn’t latch and they promised a new one before we agreed to purchase and every time we called to check if the part came in they’d say not yet even when months passed it was clear they had no intention of fixing that for me since they got their money. Absolutely rude when just asking Basic questions about how they work. .
Stopped in here to look for a car for my daughter. Excellent service. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are reasonable and very willing to negotiate. We ended up purchasing from them and feel like we got a fair deal.
I had a great experience with Mel at this used car dealership and I’m very thankful for the helpful staff. He was friendly, patient, and willing to answer all of my questions, which made the process of buying a car much less stressful.
