My son purchased his first car from Ashland Auto Sales and it was a great experience! They are NOT in Ashland, but well worth the drive to Columbia. Probably one of best car buying experiences I've ever had. They were friendly and organized. Great customer service. Great hours to work around. Called them in the morning to tell them we were buying the car. Upon arrival had the car state inspected, detailed and ready to go. We were in and out under 30 mins.

I purchased a 2014 infinity qx60 for 11k from there in late 24 , didn’t even put 10k miles on it before the alternator went out, I tried reaching out to them about it with no response. On top of that the middle seatbelt doesn’t latch and they promised a new one before we agreed to purchase and every time we called to check if the part came in they’d say not yet even when months passed it was clear they had no intention of fixing that for me since they got their money.
