Alira has either no personality or she just decided I wasn’t worth being nice to. She was nice over the phone initially though telling me they work on lots of Ford Escapes and fuel pump/sensor issues are very common in their shop, yet as soon as I showed up with my car, she kept her conversation to minimum. (Null) While I don’t wish to disparage any small business, I know right from wrong—and in my case something went very wrong. I had brought in a vehicle (an ‘82 Subaru GL) after it was used without my permission and totaled without apology. I've had a few great experiences with Alira and Jesse. A couple of big jobs and one that was extra complicated which really showed they care about their customers and know their stuff. And I referred my neighbor who was happy too. :^)
Straightforward in explaining what my car needs, flexible with service times, did not upsell and gave me the time to answer all my questions. A good experience for me being new to the area. They know what they're doing.
