RecommendedWe were turned away by 3 other Vet. Clinics for different reasons, but Ashland Area Veterinary Clinic came through for us. Our dog was diagnosed with Anaplasmosis and had a 105 F degree temp, he was not eating, drinking, or doing much of anything, and his breathing was rapid. Within 24 hrs after being initially treated, he is pretty much back to normal, and things are looking great.
I just want to thank Gretchen for her compassion yesterday when we had to put our sweet Maddie down. She made things so much easier for us. And while we were devastated, she treated us and our pup with so much dignity and respect
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The can handle the simplest cases to the most complex. They saved my Dogs life when his chances of survival were slim. They are always willing to answer questions...no matter how many you have. The on-call vets are quick and ready to see your pet in an emergency. Overall they provide great service.
I'm so glad my boys (Tucker and Willie) are patients of this clinic. We don't have to use it often but the emergency after hour vet care is excellent, they are there when you need them. I am thankful that on a Sunday we were able to reach a vet and get care for Tucker. Tucker wasn't doing very well but with Dr. Margaret's help he is almost back to normal and on the road to a full recovery. Thank you for the excellent care and customer service you provide.
