Location is good, clean building but needs a lot of repairs. Some units are good but a lot of them are just barley livable. Laundry is free which is a perk but could use a few more of each machine. Maintenance is slow due to only having one person doing it which is the landlord. Many good neighbors within the building and it is secure. If you need more than 300sq ft I would strongly suggest looking for another apartment. This is a great community! Very friendly neighborhood. Great neighborhood for walking/biking. I have lived here for 4 years. The management is honest and fair. The building kept in clean condition. Issues with the building and maintenance requests are addressed quickly. The apartments are small, but charming. Not all units are the same, so it is worth getting a showing! I would not hesitate to recommend Ashland Apartments.
