I found this place when I first moved to Ashland from Mn in 2017. Then with Covid they turned their services to email and telehealth, so they are able to provide this service statewide. They have a great turn around time. Once my application has been submitted for my medical release they've usually had it in about a week, but I guess facilities have up to 30 days to send the information to this facility.
