Absolutely unacceptable experience. I walked in and there was only ONE person working in the entire salon, and she couldn’t even be bothered to look up and acknowledge me, had her head down while she talked to me. Basic customer service is not hard. A simple greeting of offering a time available she could take the next appointment would’ve been nice. I will never come back here again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Have been in search of a great salon since I moved to the area in 2015! I had actually given up hope after a few bad experiences with some other local salons in the area, that I went back to doing my own. Finally, my friend found this gem in July, I will not go anywhere else! The owner Ann, and her team are amazing. Always super friendly, the salon is extremely clean and doesn’t have that salon smell, and most of all their work is quality! Their work is excellent across the board.
