I have gone here for about 3 years and haven’t had the best experience. The wait time is ridiculous and when I told him I was having difficulty seeing at night because of the lights he told me to just not drive… Recently I have been calling to make an appointment because I have no contacts left and I have been calling during their office hours yet it always sends me to voice mail (where it tells me the office hours) I will not be returning.
I have been Doctor Ashkanazy's patient for at least 15 years, and I've recently had 2 spectacularly successful cataract surgeries. I am extremely grateful and appreciative of the care, attention to detail, bedside manner and explaining things to me and answering all my questions, in addition to the results that I am now experiencing which are amazing. This Dr. is unbelievably rude and obnoxious.i took my 15 yo daughter there to get fitted for contacts and because she couldn’t get the contacts in And out of her eye we had to keep going back before they would issue her the contacts. Our last trip there, I requested that he let her sit at a table and mirror rather than him holding a mirror 2 inches from her face which made her uncomfortable. He got annoyed. I had a bad eye stye that wouldn’t go away, and Dr Ashkerbazi fixed it fast. He is by far the best Dr and really cares about your situation. I highly recommend his practice
