Dr Naraghi is the most caring doctor I have worked with. It’s clear this is his passion because of how knowledgeable and attentive he is. It’s more important for him to make sure you are well than to move on to the next client. This is not only my experience but my grandfathers experience as well. I saw Dr.Naraghi a couple of days ago and I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. He took his time to explain everything to me and was very patient. His office staff was also very kind and welcoming.
I am very dissatisfied with the experience my mother and I have had with Dr. Naraghi and his staff. Each time my mother required a medical clearance, I was asked to schedule an appointment with Dr. Naraghi, even in situations where it did not seem necessary. Despite verifying her insurance coverage and assuring me that everything would be covered, we later received two separate bills. In addition, the staff has been unresponsive and difficult to communicate with regarding these issues.
