Dr Javahari gave us our Mom back!!! Dr Javahari saw our mom on short notice due to safety concerns. He completed a comprehensive exam of our Mom and diagnosed her previously undiagnosed mental illness. He carefully prescribed medication and what a difference!! Dr Javahari followed up with Mom via zoom. What a difference!! We have our Mom back!!! Thank you Dr Javahari we can not repay you enough!
Very poor communication with support staff for the appropriate discharge instructions as well as family planning for patient home care recommendations.
