I truly feel that Dr. Shah cares about my health and wellbeing. He has made recommendations for me, which I plan to follow through on. I am very comfortable being a patient of Dr. Shah. He is a caring doctor with a great and friendly staff.

Receptionist is very unfriendly unprofessional and not helpful at all. She really should find another job.
Dr. is good, but has a VERY rude receptionist!!! Lost my test results and then they expect ME to track them down . Asking me to call the lab that THEY sent me to and make sure that they have the correct Fax number. I have done this twice, still no results. Plus when I call, the receptionist is very rude and actually hung up on me. I have heard several complaints about her but she is still there.!!!!
They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their prices were very fair.
