I've been a patient at this location for many years. I have never had any issues, until a few months ago when I went to draw blood. There is a tall polish woman and a black woman who made me super stressed with their terrible/harsh attitude. I brushed it off and told myself maybe it was a bad day for them. Today, my mother took my grandmother to the doctor and had the worst experience of their lives. These ladies should be fired. Shame on you for making patients feel worse then they already do. I have been with NCH group for 9 years and I never had a problem until this last year when you changed NCH with endeavor you don't listen to your patience as you advertise. I would strongly suggest you check into the doctors bet you have at 199 Rand Road. Dr Hong is an embarrassment to Endeavor
I usually go NCH as my primary care but this location is not as good as others. Very rude and unfriendly staffs. Do not recommend this location at all.

I absolutely do not recommend this "healthcare" facility. Scheduled an appt with a doctor I liked and filled out all pre-appt paperwork. I arrive a couple mins before my appt time (10:30am) and am asked to sign a privacy statement. They have a small electronic signature box that you're supposed to just sign. I expressed concern over not knowing what I was signing. Immediately, staff became annoyed and defensive. I reiterated I wasn't trying to be difficult but that I couldn't blindly sign anything.
