Nena the phlebotomist is so warm and friendly and really knows how to talk to patients!
Rudest receptionists. They disregard what you say, cut you off and always have an attitude. Impossible to get any help from the front desk staff. I’m sure the doctors are great but the receptionists make the experience awful.
I have been a patient here for about 20 years and will have to switch providers. I have an Anthem/BCBS insurance plan with a wide network, and this office always finds a way to push me into getting services that are not covered. I was just billed almost $100 for my yearly physical, which is supposed to be fully covered. My PCP wasn't available for a yearly physical until November, and I needed one sooner than that for work. A patient for many years , love my Dr. but the new phone system sucks and now the wait time for appointments is horrible, a lot of rude people to talk to before even getting to where you need to get ! A specialty appt 6 months from now , another specialty appt for January 2026 a sick visit follow up in a month ? Wait ? What ? Wow
