Update: On top of the terrible service, the office decided to bill my insurance for both a physical exam and office visit causing me to have a copay when I usually wouldn't for an annual exam. Disputed multiple times and was told my chart was reviewed and I was charged an office visit for the mentioned back pain that I specifically stated multiple times I don't have. Ignorant front desk people. I need a respirator to breathe. I'm legally disabled and I was told I can't go in there with that on but I needed blood work done and I was put in isolation in a room where I didn't see anyone for hours until everyone was gone despite being the first one who arrived in the early morning. Instead of helping me, I was treated like crap. My disability is not contagious. If you would use non toxic cleaners and also unscented ones, many of us would be able to come in without a respirator to breath. The... read more

Terrible office. Switched PCP from Dr. Na to Dr. Knipple because I was sick of repeating the same issues and history that is already in my chart year after year and switching to Dr. Knipple made it SO much worse. Wait time for Dr to enter room is always at least 30 mins. Then they rush, don't listen and constantly interrup you. Dr Knipple has no bedside manner. Ended up having the worst annual exam of my life, left with severe back pain leaving me unable to stand straight or walk without pain for a week. Went in with zero ba... read more
