I just want to say a special thank you to Kay, I saw loads of reviews mentioning her name and wasn’t sure what to expect. I understand why people love working with her in particular. Our incredible agent. She’s understanding and made a hard move in the best, we weren’t happy with our first unit but she managed to sort out on the stop another alternative situation miss Kay, thank you! This is our first property together so means a lot! So far so good
2025 UPDATE: STILL A TRASH PLACE TO LIVE. TOTAL SCAM! BEWARE! CUMBERLAND POINTE PAYS TENANTS TO WRITE FRAUDULENT POSITIVE REVIEW. READ MY STORY BELOW. I WISH I could rate as 0-stars! Cumberland pointe is run by poor management (Nichole Sims and team) who DO NOT care about the HEALTH AND WELL BEING of their community residents. Very big neighborhood. They can't manage it though. Maintenance doesn't come when you need them to, they come on their own time, the apartments are always leaking in the most inconvenient places, the pipes are always broken some how, and nothing is ever really fixed. The pool is basically radioactive, the walls are thin, and roaches are everywhere even when the apartment is clean. I did not want to write this review, but it gets to a point. Please do your job Cumberland Pointe.
Moving can be stressful, but Destiny made my whole experience at Cumberland Pointe so smooth and stress-free. From the very first tour, she was warm, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about the community. She took the time to answer all of my (many!) questions, walked me through the application step by step, and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was on track.
Kwaan helped me with my application process. I applied 3 months earlier and I went back and forth for questions with her. She showed me the sample unit. There were a few bumps along my application. But when I finally got my unit, I was very surprised that it was better than the sample unit that she showed me. I'm 2 weeks in this unit now and I really love it! Thank you so much, Kay!
