We visited Cumberland Pointe hoping to tour the property, but our experience was extremely disappointing. The woman at the front desk (who sits near the front door) with locks/braids seemed completely uninterested in assisting us. She acted like our request for a tour was an inconvenience rather than part of her job. Her coworker even asked her when would she would be taking her break as we sat down waiting to get information. I am waiting for my refund for the admin fee . Hopefully they keep their word . Hard to get approved at this complex . The apartment that I was shown was overpriced and not worth it at all. I see all of these horrible reviews now . They need to do better !!!!
If I could give this complex no stars I really want yall to really hear my review, I Moved into this townhome complex in May 2025 and this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had! Considering the rent is nearly $2,000 a month. For that price, the living conditions and management are very much unacceptable. Definitely not renewing my lease. I personally liked the apartment and we were going to move in before they made us apply for a third party guarantor that wanted us to give them 900$ that was non-refundable for a service we didnt need or want. The amount is based off credit and myy husband and i have good credit so being forced to pay a high amount THEN pay rent and utilities is crazy. I rather just pay a refundable security deposit and get penalize for not paying my rent instead of paying 900$ JUST IN CASE i cant pay my rent. Really disappointing.
Destiny was wonderful and very professional and had great hospitality gave me all the info I needed.
