James H.( maintenance) is wonderful. He has great customer service skills. He kept communication with me through the process of resolving my issue. Mrs K is a wonderful leasing agent whose customer service is top tier. James and Mrs K are a great asset to the company.
Kay was absolutely wonderful! She was able to get me approved and keys within just a couple days. I’m so grateful to be here! 6 MONTH LATER UPDATE: I have lived here since February. When I first moved in I was sold on the fact that they could get me in asap. On the posting, it said washer and dryer in unit. When I moved in, it wasn’t there and was told it was only available for rent for an additional $50 each. It's so sad that they do this to people. I applied over a month ago, and after begging for a yes or no answer, they only called back after a month and a few days. And now they say, oh, the rent has changed from 1,325 to 1,693. For the apartment I applied for, the price is 1,325. It's not even 100 dollars different. It's 368 more. They never answer the phone or the email. It's really sad. They should have just said no.
