Been here since May, leasing office is friendly and will pull strings for you if you meet the requirements but it’s been pretty lackluster outside of the actual unit space and location… For starters, roach problem we have had to call pest control multiple times. Pool was closed half the summer due to some phone problem although (been 4 times outside of the mondays which they advertised that it is closed and the gates have still been locked so idk what that’s about). I love cumberland pointe it is really an amazing place and environment to live in for families. This one of the best apartment and very respectful to their residents.
