This is going to hard living here . They are leasing out apartment to everyone . Packages are getting stolen everyday.when I tried to call office.,as usual no one was there to help . I had deliveries from 2 different store and they both got stolen right after it delivered. There are some opened Packages in mail room .they took out whatever was in those Packages and left the empty envelope and box . This is insane .
DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY OVER $110 ON TOP OF YOUR RENT FOR “SHARED SPACES” scroll down to see some of the bills that are usually $100+ on top of your rent and other utilities. The way they break it up makes no sense, the leasing office and Conservice refuse to give me the actual utility billing. Terrible companies on both sides. Conservice is a scam... I really like the place because it safe and clean and because of ma’am ‘koy’the assistant manager i love the way she help me and intertain me when i go to the office.I really love her because she’s very kind,respectful to many. I rate her costumers service 10/10.
Lived here for 3+ years and it was great. They just switched to Conservice for utilities and our bill went up over $200 a month. DO NOT MOVE HERE
