I always enjoy the gym and office. Very friendly and welcoming community. Feels like home
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Ashford Place Apartment Homes since moving here from Chicago. Despite being advertised as an "elegant" complex, my experience has been far from it. From day one, issues have plagued our unit. The toilet in the master bedroom was not flushing properly, which I fixed myself. Additionally, the tissue holder in the master bathroom is loose, and the one in the other bathroom was not installed at all upon our move-in. The manager is quick to respond to any question you may have and very kind and knowledgeable. The maintenance department are also quick to respond to every need, from a toilet that won’t stop running to a light bulb (kitchen overhead) requiring a ladder. They let you know if they will be there either that day or the next day they knock on the door if you’re home, you know they’re coming in. I was her for 2 years but I moved out to Hattiesburg because of my work It’s a great place to leave and save and clean and nice . the school it’s fantastic people at the office is nice and excellent Mrs Dezarae and Mr. Mario the are the best thank you!
