I like it, except- I have roaches they can’t seem to rid of, said “it’s an apt bldg!” Really? I pay $10/month for pest control and still have roaches. Not okay. They do come out and try when called, but I can’t believe I still have them.

Unfortunately, one employee can make or break an entire experience, and that has been the case here. The front office employee in the office on the right as you enter has consistently been dismissive, disrespectful, and, in my experience, treated me differently because of my race. Washer and dryer room still needed repairs to the floor and the washer water line had to be fixed.
