Overall, my experience at the community has been great so far. The grounds are generally well maintained, and I truly appreciate the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. However, I’ve noticed that the third-floor areas seem to receive a bit less attention compared to the lower levels. The stairway leading up to my apartment often has built-up debris and spider webs. Because of Ashford team - I have no issues - but treadmill- gym I know we ask everyone to take care of equipment- most do - and I am grateful for what we have -
