The actual dentist and staff were great. My only issue is with the billing department. I was over-charged by about $40. I probably would've missed it, but luckily, I was paying attention to my EOB from my dental insurance. I don't think they would've reached out to me first to issue the refund. I first called about it back in February of this year, and I've had to call at least five times to get my refund. It's now almost August, and I've been told I should be getting the refund in the mail this week. *Fingers crossed.*

Excellent staff and so great with kids..feel safe with my kids...very concerned staff as well.

Dentist and staff are all very nice and yes toys need a good washing! But my biggest issue is having to wait an hour or more for a 5 min visit with the dentist... every time! No matter when I have an appointment. I should be scheduled before surgery and more complicated visits.

It looks great from the outside. But office is very dirty. Specially the kids area, the toys were dusty and i found an old dead lizard in between the toys. I was disgusted to have seen that. Never again will i go back. The service was decent but that is no place for a child to be in.
