I am a current resident of ASHFORD PARK and encourage others to not to live here. In spite of short term hopes that property management would improve, VALLIANT is ABSOLUTELY no better than RADCO. After SEVEN maintenance requests to fix a simple bi fold pantry door I was just SMACKED IN THE FACE by the aforementioned. Add that to my most recent $200 one month electric bill for ONE PERSON and I can quite safely tell prospective residents to RUN FAR and RUN FAST!
My name is Sophie and my boyfriend and I lived at Ashford Park while Radco managed that property still, back in October. We were out of town and our apartment (#3301) was broke into 2 times in a matter of 2 days. The burglars kicked down our patio door to enter our apartment the first time (October 8, 2019) they stole everything from us that had any type of value. Mgt has changed quite a bit but the new maintenance worker, Ron, is great! Every morning I see his truck outside at 7:30am and he's working until at least 6:30pm most nights. It's a large complex for one person to service. My sister lives in a different building than me and her air conditioning went out. Once Ron was hired, it was fixed right away and he was very responsive. Ashford Park is lucky to have him. The buildings themselves are older but in fair condition.
