First, not sure why the system allows you to book a 5pm tour if they want to be out by 5. Got there at 4:55pm and another leasing agent had to tell him she said we can come at 5pm. She should’ve told him that when I called but whatever. Get there and am told I can only see one type of apartment. Again why didn’t you tell me that on the phone. The one type was a model unit. RUN AWAY!!! Absolutely disgusting property covered in trash and rotten food everywhere. I have complained over 10 times about how gross this place is and I get told "it's not our problem" every time. This place has a horrible rating for a reason, do not even consider living here.

The other residents of this complex are consistently stealing packages, leaving piles of trash in hallways, and making excessive noise, such as lighting fireworks or playing music from speakers on their porches, after the Herndon legal noise curfew, and after complaints have been made to management. I have been living here from three months and my water bill is keep getting higher and higher and when i went to talk in the office they say they can solve it and its already been more than a month and today when i went there the guy keep telling me to leave the office thats how they treat us
