The building fire alarms falsely go off in the middle of the night (1am). The other neighbors say this has been going on since last summer. Put this here in hopes that management fixes the broken fire alarm system.
*NEW EDITS AS OF 2026* Ashford Meadows got sold last year I believe and in our opinion went drastically downhill. I would not recommend this place to people… We have so many emails that are unanswered, They raised our rent a little over $2400 annually this year and gave us two days over the holidays to make a decision to stay there and the leasing office was closed so we could not talk about it. Quiet place to live thats about it. Im giving this 1 star because its been 6 days now and I still haven't gotten anyone to fix the washer which had water sitting in it. I called continuously and to no avail I went to the office and was told that the "technicians" are only dealing with emergencies since they're outside shoveling snow. And ohhh upon moving in one of the toilets were not working right and I had to get that fixed myself.
Current resident. ZERO visitor parking was available, so I had my friend park in a regular spot for a few hours. He got towed, had to inconveniently stay the night at my place, and I decided to pay for him the next morning (mind you, the leasing office didn't open til 1pm). I will not be renewing my lease here.
