Easily one of the worst apartments l lived in. No AC, water leak, no hot water. Maintenance after maintenance. Move out process was extremely bad and they wouldn’t respond to emails properly.
If there were 0 stars I would give that to this place. When complained about things they swiftly deleted my comment on their portal so that no new or old residents can question them, I have a screenshot of that post and I am adding it here. They act like they have monopoly in the area. They increased my rent to 16 percent within a year. In 2023 my rent was 2000 and in 2024 they raised it to 2331. I have lived here for 2 months, tomorrow. I have yet to receive my lease or a copy of the inventory and conditions form that is filled out upon move-in and turned in for anything that was broken prior to move in. I was told that when I turn in that form, that it would take maintenance 24 to 48 hours to repair any damages. It wasn't until I filled out a move-in survey from Ashford Meadows that I was contacted by Andrea. She told me that she would check over the form and send it into maintenance.
