I lived at Ashfords for over a year and didn’t have any problems. The location is perfect , maintenance was super friendly/ quick, and it’s really quiet since the buildings are solid and well-built. Neighbors are respectful. I love the keyless entry, and overall it’s been a safe and peaceful. My only minor con is that the gym’s small considering how big the community is, but no biggie.
I moved here back in March and have really enjoyed living here so far. This apartment complex is a big improvement compared to my previous one. I experienced a few minor issues with the laundry area when I first moved in, but maintenance responded quickly, and everything has been smooth sailing since. Awesome place to live!
I wonder they have extremely low ratings, please read the bad reviews before you make a decision to move in here. Current resident - made me huge mistake, I’m suffering already, it’s been just a month. Everything is a lie, do not listen to leasing office. They are very incompetent, they just need your money. Let’s start with apartment - they are small, on papers it says 600-700 sqft but it’s not. There is broken cabinets and dust on them, carpets are dirty. There is some sort of weird smell in bathroom.
