We like to think of ourselves as the best kept secret in Georgia. The five acre Ashford Estate, overlooking Watkinsville's venerable Main Street, had been in the same family for over 100 years. I LOVE this place, when I first moved to Athens I was trying to find a place that reminded me Of Chastain Park in the ATL meaning concerts in the park with Fun Band's, wonderful people, family friendly & great atmosphere, believe it or not I found that place Ashford Manor in Watkinsville, GA the staff is amazing, beautiful & the place is gorgeous. I always enjoy going to Ashford Manor. The grounds are amazing and it is fun to be outside for an event. I am welcomed by my good friends as a part of their family. I go for the experience more than who the band is.
