Kim is outstanding! She is simply the best property manager we've ever worked with. She is always on top of any issue, we truly don't have to worry about a thing. PLUS we get our rental disbursement so quickly and consistently. That helps so much! We recommend Ashford if you're looking for a really great property manager!
Rude, greedy, and completely unaccommodating. Will nickel and dime you out of any dollar amount they possibly can. Would not recommend working with this group of individuals for anything.
