Kim is outstanding! She is simply the best property manager we've ever worked with. She is always on top of any issue, we truly don't have to worry about a thing. Rude, greedy, and completely unaccommodating. Will nickel and dime you out of any dollar amount they possibly can. Would not recommend working with this group of individuals for anything.
