Pros: -Walking trail -No parking lot issues with car break ins/tire thieves -Thick walls Cons: -Parking lot fills up every weekend and if you work late you may be forced to park outside of the complex -Dog poop everywhere and the smell of piss - EVERYTHING you can imagine broke in our unit within our 6 month lease. I am a resident at Ashford Lakes. I have lived here for 1 year and just renewed for an additional 15 months. If you're looking for a place to call home this is the place. The amenities are exceptional and every month there is resident event. I moved here from Tennessee and this has been a great experience. I chose Ashford Lakes because it felt like home and now it is. I highly recommend this being your home too.
The apartment itself was fine, but the communication during move-out was frustrating and unprofessional. I had to follow up multiple times for my security deposit and got no response from corporate or management for weeks. They also took out a significant amount from my security deposit based on replacements that were over-priced, and a pet treatment that wasn’t outlined in the lease or pet addendum. Tony was prompt and precise. The whole staff is friendly and respectful.
Great property to live at. The the woman in office do an amazing job at finding you the right home for you and if any problems come up the staff is always on it. would I move here yes should you? I would say yes and you won’t regret it
