I’ve lived here for 10 years and while things have been up and down with the different owners, one thing I can say is maintenance has gotten a lot better. I called this afternoon because a yellow jacket had somehow dug its way through the wall next to my skylight and yellow jackets were now entering my apartment. Within 15 minutes, Ashley and Nick showed up and filled the holes. They were efficient and knowledgeable and did a wonderful job!
Avoid this place at all costs. It might look reasonably priced at first glance, but there are reasons why. This place is a complete mess. Things falling a part, wait times for repairs are too long, community amentties are out of service or filthy most of the time, parking situation is nightmare, package room is disaster, management is on constant rotation. For the love of all things holy, don't move here. Parking is a nightmare. They will not respond to emails. Apparently, nobody in the front office knows how to answer the phone. Maintenance issues will not be addressed until after you submit a notice to vacate (left me with a non-functioning A/C during July and August so i could come home to 85+ degrees in my apartment). If I could afford to break my lease, I would. If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would.
Management does not listen, double charges for insurance and trash, things are broken constantly, office turnover rate high so nothing gets handled the first time, maintenance slow to get to things. Great amenities when they work, awful office team. Update: they charge whatever they want. Some people in the office say one thing others say different: they have so much employee turnover that no one knows what the hell they are saying. We pay like $50 for trash now. Amazing.
We came for a tour after a snow storm and all the walkways were shoveled and de-iced, and the property manager Jamie made sure we could still do our tour even though they were understandably short staffed.
