LISTEN!! My roomate has made several reports and reviews. Ashford Belmar is an absolute disaster. Do not waste your money living here. There is never any parking, maintenance is a complete joke and basically never shows up, and the property is falling apart. We've had a shower, dishwasher, and washing machine leaking - the washer literally leaks water into the ceiling and garage - and nothing gets fixed our washer is currently flooded with this black sewage smelling liquid and we have called multiple times and all they can s... read more
Anna and Michelle are fantastic to work with! Anna's tour and amazing energy truly made us feel comfortable and at home when moving into Ashford Belmar! Any time something needs to be communicated, Anna and Michelle are on top of it immediately! Anytime I walk through the leasing office for the gym or mail, I am always Greated by them kindly and ask is anything needs attending too! We are very grateful for them both!
The reviews aren’t wrong. I thought maybe people are just angry. Mail room is a hassle, if amazon doesn't leave a code you can’t be let in. So we just got a PO Box. When we moved in we noticed things were fixed poorly (prior to our move in). We had to replace a toilet seat, toilet paper spring holder (no big deal), caulking on the counter in the kitchen, we had to get our own carbon monoxide detector (not included in our unit). I cut myself on these huge nails that were holding I don’t know what together under the bathroom ... read more
If I could leave a 0 star review I would. do not get an apartment here, maintenance will never happen. they will get rid of your maintenance requests and act like they never went in. It took them 8 months to get the screens that were supposed to be on our windows before we moved in. it took them 6 months to get us our garage which we were supposed to have before we moved in. it took them 4 months to replace our dishwasher that had black stagnant water inside of it which was supposed to be replaced before we moved in. we have... read more
