I have been to this place a few times for tours. We booked an appointment and went there, but the leasing agents were very rude, especially Carter, I believe that was his name. We received a very poor experience overall and felt unwelcome the entire time. I would not recommend this place at all, and I strongly suggest the property management consider hiring more professional and respectful staff.
Mark with maintenance at Avana Belmar was outstanding to work with. Very professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire job. He communicated clearly, stayed involved, and made sure everything was handled the right way from start to finish. It’s always a pleasure working with someone who truly cares about the property and the residents. Mark goes above and beyond, and it definitely shows. Highly recommend working with him and the team at Avana Belmar.
I moved in last week and the maintenance crew were amazing. Shout out to Mikey! They are on top of small things needing repairs. Tosh is also amazing and super helpful and friendly. Love the staff and so far the property.
I'm excited to see the neighborhood getting some upgrades and changes because the last management didn't do anything and I've been here for awhile. The neighborhood is large so I know they must have their hands full.. but Kaitlyn, Kayla, Tosh, Jose, Carter and the maintenance team seem in it for the long haul and are always helpful. Love the events they have too!
My experience with Avana Belmar has been incredibly frustrating, mainly because of how poor the communication is. When you’re first touring and signing your lease, the leasing office is extremely friendly, responsive and attentive. They make you feel valued and excited to move in. But that completely changes once you’re actually a resident. After moving in, it feels like they no longer care about you at all.
