Great customer service experience with Natalia and her Co worker. Building is well kept. People friendly. Maintenance responds quickly to your maintenance requests. Overall Ashford at Geneva is a good place to rent from as well as it is a great living environment.
This place is the real deal. All you have to do is notice all the newer nice cars in the parking lots, maintenance is tops, everything you need is within 5-10 minutes.
I have been living at Ashford for the past 7 months, and overall, it has been a great experience. The maintenance team is excellent and always stays on top of things; they are quick to respond and very helpful. The office staff, especially Natalia, is absolutely wonderful. Natalia has been supportive since day one and continues to be a fantastic resource whenever I have questions. I would definitely recommend Ashford to friends and family looking for a great place to live.
