We love the new things that has happened Melissa and her staff are wonderful this has truly been a big change since the first time we moved here Mr Milton is a great person to have here we love him and the new maintenance man goes above and beyond

This is my 7th year living here. I have seen a few different management/owner changes since I’ve called 60 Jane Lane (no Faris Residences) home but none of them compare to this new management team. Very friendly and responsive when something is needed. No complaints on my end!
