It’s very peaceful, Nice and the landlord Sheba is amazing. Sheba gets the job done. The staff is great any problems I’ve had she sends them right out. Sheba is very understanding and always have a smile and a sweet spirit. She made everything smooth and easy. Whatever problems you have Sheba will get to the bottom of it. I’m happy to be apart of the Jane Lane Family.
I was having problems with another complex so.we decided to give 60 Jane Lane a try and things went very well and the staff was amazing and welcoming. However the issue with the previous complex was corrected so we cancelled the application with 60 Jane and was told that the administrative fees would be refunded by check which it never was now it seems to be a problem whenever we call about money thats supposed to be ours - just an unnecessary headache to haft to deal with and the stress over being treated like you don’t mat... read more
The pool is full of algae. A kid threw up in it while we were there. Looks like the pool isn’t even managed at all. Little kids trying to use the net to clean it. No chemicals in the pool. Just filth. Drug deals happening all the time. Just a shame. Trash falling out of the dumpsters, like flowing into the parking lot. Also the staff will give you fake emails to report on problems. They aren’t really worried about actually working their job.
I've had the pleasure of being a vendor for this property and work with the Property Manager, Sheba. It's obvious that she takes pride in her community and values her residents.
