How are you going to change the locks on someone who is out of town and not even leave them the new key in their mailbox as discussed? I called the emergency after hours maintenance line and your very nasty and argumentative worker whined about having just got home himself from a 13 hour shift. Your staff is so incredibly incompetent. Replacing drywall before fixing leaks are repaired is ridiculously dumb.

I have not had any hot water since Tuesday morning. I have been unable to get a hold of anyone at the office. I've made dozens of phone calls but nearly every one has gone unanswered. The only time I managed to speak with someone was late Wednesday afternoon when Andre picked up the phone and sent a maintenance tech. New Management with lack of communication skills and horrible leadership skills. DO NOT MOVE HERE...RUN! I was a current resident that moved out. I can’t want to get out of here !!!! I’ve been living here for the last 10 years this place got so bad cockroaches are taking over I’m so tired of calling or going to the office and tell them the problem... can’t take any more .
Not a good experience here. Had to break the lease as the apartment i was shown and the apartment i got were like night and day. Also never got my deposit back and staff was really rude about it.
Former resident, great apts, staff is excellent and great eye candy on property 🙊🙊🙊😜😜😜
