Roach infest Apartment The apartment I’m in has a lot of roaches, the so called pest controlled sprays some stuff here and there but doesn’t take care of the problem. Also when it rains, slugs slime there way into the apartment. People throw trash every where, the trash people give bs citations and take forever to come and get the trash. Stay away

STAY AWAY The worst apartment I have lived in. First day had an infestation of fruit flies & larvae/eggs in my fridge plus german roaches. They sent someone over to "handle" it. Came home to an exterminator business card on my counter. Still have issues with both flies & roaches no matter how many traps I set up. It's obvious they don't bug bomb apartments before move in. Stear Clear The amount of bugs in this place is ridiculous. You are charged monthly for pest control however they will only come at your request. I have had pest control come out several consecutive weeks however the bug issue seems to just be permanent at this place. There will be a maintenance issue about once a month involving something electric/water related. Walls are paper thin so if you do move in, be sure to be on the top floor. Eh Rent here if you like the following: The cost is too high for what I experienced. Beware of roaches. Pest control tried but eventually what worked was fire ant killer. There are neighboring complexes that don't have these problems for the same price range. Laundry facilities do not exist and have not since 2019. The front gate remains open. There are stray animals that roam the complex. Trash pick-up is not efficient. Air filters are not changed routinely and problems are fixed for the moment, only to break down again. Ma... read more

Terrible!!!!!!! I normally don't even write reviews but I had to write this one! its TERRIBLE!!!!! I've only been here since July and I hate it! When I signed my lease with Tuscana there were so many promises that were made. Gates were supposed to be fixed, new upgrades to the community, the apartments all of that. Within a month Ashford took over and the service has been terrible. They added administrative fees that took my rent up almost $100, I've complained that valet trash (THAT I'M PAYING FOR) has NEVER picked up my tr... read more

STAY FAAARRR AWAAYYY!!! This place is the worst place on earth. Roaches everywhere. You pay a pest control fee every month and they don't spray unless you request and then they barely do. The water is shared with the whole building and is outrageous. They tow your vehicle without warning from the actual apartment, just a little sticker on the window from a random towing company if your tag expires or you get a flat tire. Feels like home<3 We moved to Tuscana in the beginning of June. We were lucky to get an apartment that looks out to the woods (occasional deer sightings). The office staff is amazing; very friendly and feel like family. We have had to call maintenance only twice, but each time they were here within 15 minutes! The grounds are pretty quiet and we see kids playing a lot. I also like the convenience of living close to 85 as well as many stores and restaurants. No complaints! We are very happy here and recommend it to anyone!

Tuscana This property is beautiful, we moved in during April & were welcomed with a warm staff. There is an amazing pool on site, we have central heat/ air , new appliances & wooden floors in the main rooms, with carpeted bedrooms. Our bathroom is beautiful with a full bath & marble countertop. Beware!! Roaches, Roaches, Roaches!!!! You pay for pest control in your monthly rent, they come and still we have them. Office staff is very nice but never answers the phone. Maintenance staff is also super friendly. They claim they are a gated community but gate has not worked since we moved in, with that, have had numerous solicitors. Would not recommend this place!
