i love ashfield station medical centre
What’s wrong with the receptionist? So rude! I called to ask if they provide bulk billing for children since I’m new to the area and looking for a GP clinic for my son. She practically yelled at me, saying, 'No! Bulk billing? We need to charge! No children!' Seriously? I assumed English wasn’t her first language, but as a receptionist, she really needs to learn some manners. Being rude to patients isn’t acceptable!
Dr Wen is a fantastic person who is always treating patient with smile. He has been providing great service to community and his staff are very helpful.
Don’t bother going here! They don’t want new patients. Appalling behavior for a medical practitioner.
