I am extremely disappointed with the care I received from Dr. Brian. What began as a routine procedure to remove a kidney stone turned into a series of three surgeries that ultimately resulted in the complete loss of function of my kidney. I just with Kim at Asheville Urology. She was very pleasant and EXTREMELY helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I certainly would!

With out a doubt the worst front office of any medical teatime I’ve ever experienced. The front office is absolutely useless. Do not phone messages even in an emergency. The patient portal is inaccessible. Definitely would not trust their ability to provide adequate patient care, especially in an emergency. If I can’t reach my MD, I don’t care how good he/she is.

Was scheduled an appointment for over two months. After driving a little over an hour with a newborn for an 830 appointment was told my appointment had been cancelled. NO CALL OR TEXT TELLING ME THIS INFORMATION. I even showed the ladies at the front desk my missed calls and text for the date of 12/29 when they said they had canceled it. This is after another appointment was canceled and said they would call back and reschedule but never did I had to call for another appointment.
