Was scheduled an appointment for over two months. After driving a little over an hour with a newborn for an 830 appointment was told my appointment had been cancelled. NO CALL OR TEXT TELLING ME THIS INFORMATION. I even showed the ladies at the front desk my missed calls and text for the date of 12/29 when they said they had canceled it. This is after another appointment was canceled and said they would call back and reschedule but never did I had to call for another appointment.

Waited 6 weeks for appt.after Prostate MRI reported PI-RADS4. AUA did not have my MRI results or blood tests when I arrived.I had copies to show them and the doctor told me I needed a targeted biopsy. Asked if we could first do a 3T MRI and was told no. He insisted I needed a biopsy. Drove 4 hrs to Duke for 3T MRI and was told PI-RADS3 and my lesion was too small for a targeted biopsy. I called AUA to tell them my Duke diagnosis. One week later I got a call from AUA, they were calling to schedule my biopsy.Two plus years now... read more

Not professional at all , hade kidney stone surgery in October follow up appointment in Nov. They called said had to reschedule for JANUARY got call in December had to reschedule and now with a PA I declined and told them to forget any appointment I was done

The transition to Advent has not been smooth. I have given Advent detailed feedback of my experiences and am curious whether they will respond to what I wrote. I doubt it.
