As a physician myself, I can attest these are great urologists, but unfortunately have lousy staff support. I spent 10 minutes on hold trying to get a med refill, only to be hung up on. Called back on Dr. line and finally got someone to pick up after >20 rings. She was brusk and poorly accommodating. These great professionals could do a lot better in training their staff.
