I was "verbally" told that my U-Haul charges would be 0.69 per mile, but my bill, the next day, showed 0.99 per mile. When I called, I was treated very rudely by a gentleman named Bruce. He basically told me that the rates were different on Saturday. When I asked why they did not tell me that yesterday, he had no answer. Very rude, very unhelpful.
Have shopped several times. Great bargains! Rented a U-Haul van today. It was brand new (338 miles), warmed up and ready to go. In and out quickly. No hassles! Cletus, Evelyn and all the employees are helpful and friendly! Recommending to all my friends! I would not rent a vehicle anywhere else!
