Wonderful experience! Went with two friends to enjoy a day in Asheville and the salt room. We were greeted warmly at check-in and offered herbal tea. There are detox foot salt lamps you can use before heading in to your treatment. We loved the salt room! The zero gravity chair and blanket were perfect. Those who want can lie on the floor with blankets and pillows. It was so relaxing the 45 minutes flew by! I can't wait to return. The only change I'd make would be to have 90+ minute sessions. Note: The salt room is under a pa... read more

Spent a morning there, with a visit in the salt cave (magical) and then a scrub with oils and salts that included some massage and hot salt stones. Meka was absolutely magical as a massage therapist. Plus the energy in the place is off the charts, even if you just visit the apothecary. I am sorry not to live within a distance where I could do regular visits!

This was my second visit and had another wonderful massage and 45 min relaxing experience in the salt cave. Asheville Salt Cave is a must do if you are visiting Asheville. Do book your sessions beforehand as they fill up fast.

First visit for my friend. We were greeted and offered hot tea upon our arrival. Detox, warming salt domes for our feet were available as we waited. We also were the only ones signed up for our time and had the entire cave to ourselves. The host gave a brief talk about the benefits and left us for 45 minutes of relaxation. Soft music, the sound of two water features and gently twinkling lights set the stage for a relaxing experience. If you are visiting, go here. If you are a regular, treat yourself!
