was supose to be a special daughter mother day. my daughter has had a rough couple months. did not warn us there was a festival around the corner so we arrived in Avl 15 min early. dropped my daughter off and tried to park. parked about 1 mile away and by time I got there they refused to let me in. had to sit and wait for my daughter to finish in the lobby. not understanding at all. would NEVER recommend this.place to anyone!!!!!
