This is a fantastic Property Management Company, they have managed our investment properties for years. The staff is very professional and quick to respond when needed. Asheville Rentals has maintained excellent work with our accounting, maintenance for our buildings, finding quality tenants, safety inspections and even evictions when needed. We call her the Black Mold Queen or Roach Lady. Every unit she has have a large amount of black mold. And never let her get you appliances from her "warehouse". It's guaranteed to have roaches.
