The worst experience. They ask you to come in early to fill out paperwork, including telling you they’re gonna charge you 50 bucks if you don’t arrive on time or come in or miss your appointment. But then, they totally Disrespected my time by making me wait over an hour. I did come in early as instructed to fill out paperwork. The dock was great. Dr.Milch is great. He listens to your concerns and never makes you feel rushed. I have seen him for several different issues with good results.
Very pleased with my procedure with Dr. Milch. He was very good to explain the steps of the procedure concerning my toe. He even called me personally on the phone to check on my healing. You sure don’t get that personal touch anymore these days!!! Highly recommend!!!
Dr. Milch has been my podiatrist for almost 12 years, and at every appointment, he is gracious and thorough with a professional expertise not often found among many other podiatrists I have visited throughout the United States. He carefully listens to whatever medical issues I may be experiencing, and he knows exactly what is medically needed to remedy the situation. I am very grateful to have discovered Dr. Douglas Milch's medical practice.
Had a wonderful visit. Staff were friendly and courteous. Dr. Milch took excellent care of my situation with the education and expertise.
