I would caution anyone looking for a transparent real estate experience to look elsewhere. After our initial contact, the Broker (Cricket) performed an invasive background search and then pressured us for sensitive personal information prematurely. When we attempted to clarify her process over the phone (which was recorded,) mind she said during the phone call that she does this to everyone.. Her tone was ominous and unprofessional.
