I moved from Dallas, Texas to Leicester, a few miles outside of Asheville, a while ago. Cricket was an excellent realtor who sold me my forever home surrounded by the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. The house is a lovely farmhouse style and my animals and I are so happy here. If you’re in the market for a home, call Cricket. I would caution anyone looking for a transparent real estate experience to look elsewhere. After our initial contact, the Broker (Cricket) performed an invasive background search and then pressured us for sensitive personal information prematurely. When we attempted to clarify her process over the phone (which was recorded,) mind she said during the phone call that she does this to everyone.. Her tone was ominous and unprofessional. Troy made the whole experience of selling my parents house from a far seamless. From typical realtor duties, to aiding in winterizing the house and marketing for an estate sale he went above and beyond. I can not highly recommend him enough. He is more than a realtor now, he is an amazing friend!
