Do not let this Quick Lane touch your car! DO NOT GO HERE! I recently took my car in for a standard service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) I take my car to a Quick Lane each time I am up for a service. The WORST I would never take my car back here. They are the biggest rip off ever and they are rude! Plus they drive your car around and give it back to you on empty!
My new 2011 Fusion - I LOVE IT!!! I just purchased a 2011 Ford Fusion from Asheville Ford and it was the BEST buying decision I have made. The car is PERFECT for me and it was so easy buying a car there. The girls on the phone were so nice and helpful in setting up my appointment for a test drive. Fabulous showroom, plenty of staff, but less than stellar selection of some models. They will, however, work to get you the model you want. Sales: Nick- great to work with, attentive to interests. Sales Management: Joshua- tough negotiator, listens and responds. Financial: Sharla- organized and efficient, makes things clear. Overall, this dealership is far better than many others in the area.
