They seem to do good work when they show up. However, thus far they completely missed one appointment and was an hour and twenty minutes late for the make up appointment. They also temporarily lost my backflow device, which they were storing in their warehouse (it was mislabeled). They sent their inspector out to inspect the back flow device while it was still sitting in their warehouse. I would say organization and punctuality are problems.
