Dr. Gregory Glance merged his office with Asheville Internal Medicine in 1993; and Dr. Jennifer Nicolini joined in 2004. The practice also employees two physician extenders; Kim Suess, PA-C and Luke Thompson, PA-C. I feel Dr. Nicolini is not to be trusted and was dangerous for me. To begin with she has been sanctioned by the board for giving fentanyl to a family member. I was very sick and she gave me fentanyl and I almost died. It was on a weekend and I spoke with the doctor on call and he was furious. He said that was dangerous I should never should’ve been put on it. I had to go through withdrawal like a drug addict. all by myself and it lasted for days.. when you have an issue or a problem with her, she will not speak with you. She... read more

My husband and I have been a patient here for 36 years. We are in our late 60’s. We always saw Dr. Mills or Luke Thompson PA.They aren’t there anymore as Dr. Mills has retired and Luke took a position at a different practice. I’ve discovered if you don’t test positive for strep you will not get a antibiotic even if you have a bronchial and sinus infection. I’ve had bronchial infections for many years and I’ve always been prescribed an antibiotic. I suffered for five days, struggling to breathe, sleeping in my recliner, so I ... read more
