I recently broke my right foot and was non-weight-bearing and unable to drive for 9 weeks. Asheville Home Health was able to help me with everything I needed during my recovery, driving me to appointments and grocery shopping and taking care of many small household tasks that I couldn’t do, from laundry to dishes to filling the dogs’ water bowls, and much more. Both Rusty (the owner) and Charlie were very responsive and provided our family with constant communication about my mother's care. AHH has been taking care of my mother for years. Charlie, the Office Manager, could not be more dedicated to her job. She's been an invaluable support to my mother and I. Both she and Crystal, Mom's caregiver, pay attention to every detail of her care, and suggest things to make her more comfortable that I wouldn't have thought of. What a wonderful experience. Asheville Home Health felt like a family. Charlie and all of the caregivers couldn’t have taken better care of my 94 year old mom for almost two years. She looked forward to the women who came, loved Mary, Sandy, and so many others. Charlie is amazing—will do anything to make sure mom was taken care of, even when people called in sick etc. i would recommend Asheville Home Health to anyone looking for in home care for a loved one.
Asheville Home Health provided excellent care for my 101 year old mom from the fall of 2022 until end of 2023, who passed away February 5, 2024. They made sure medications were taken, did exercises and breathing with an apparatus, as well as walking every day. Light housekeeping, bathing, washing clothes. Caregivers gave me a relief for a few days. My mom felt very loved and well cared for..Thanks for giving me peace of mind.
