Let's start with the front desk. One receptionist is nice, but the other clearly does not want to work. As a business owner, I want my first-line staff to make customers/patients to appreciated and not a hassle. If this is how they treat paying customers.... My hygienist was condescending throughout the process, and even when I asked questions. Maybe it was a bad day...nope. She was just as bad on the second visit.
