The first visit I had here was definitely the best visit and every visit just got worse. No care for you or your emotions. You are just another number to them. Find somewhere else to go. They want to find the easiest solution for you and not investigate problems ever. They also could have tested me for celiac the first time (November? And it is September the next year) and chose not to and now told me if I want celiac testing I have to eat bread for 4 weeks straight because it’s not in my system. They canceled my colonoscopy THE DAY BEFORE and when I had tried to get my appointment back they said it was already filled?? What if I had already taken the prep? So unprofessional and rude. Unbelievably horrible service. The staff is the WORST.
My review does not reflect the actual office. Dr. William Harlan is clearly knowledgeable, but I did not feel treated with respect or compassion. In one visit, I felt my situation was met with sarcasm rather than empathy, which was upsetting. Later, when I asked about a reasonable accommodation related to Crohn’s, the response I received came across as dismissive instead of helpful. While other patients may have had positive experiences, mine left me uncomfortable continuing care with him.
Our medical institutions are a monopoly, it is about Money. Its no secrect that we have a horrible medical care system. Every practitioner has a limited time to get you in/out to keep the current of money off each patient. I could right a novel on this review with factual information, data + my personal experience since 2022 to currently still with no answer. Incompetence & ignorance.
