I've used Asheville Garage Door on two different occasions and have been very happy both times. The first time I replaced two old doors, tracks, and motors. James and his team were on time, did the job efficiently, and everything has worked great. The second time I worked with this team was the replacement of a motor at my parent's house in north Asheville. I really appreciate James for his professionalism and the next time I need garage door help they will be my first call.
This is a business that cares. They tried to help me on the phone before sending someone out. (I still needed help.) When Jason came out he explained things & fixed the problem. Everyone I spoke with was kind & helpful.
Jason was great and got right to the heart of the issue. After having been told by another company that we needed a new door, spring and opener, Jason determined it just needed the cable replaced. He had it done in less than an hour and everything runs smoothly. I recommend Asheville Garage Door and Jason.
Jason Laws just left after repairing my garage door. He diagnosed what was wrong (it wouldn’t go up and down), showed me the parts that were defective, and replaced what needed to be replaced, and now the door goes up and down as it is supposed to. He was extremely knowledgeable about it and was so pleasant to deal with as I saw exactly what he did to fix the door.
