Aug 2021 This Review is for Asheville Rentals which transitioned to Nest Realty (Property Mgmt): I rented a fully furnished place for 5 months at 147 Edgewood Road. The female owner (emphasis on Landlady) is very particular and very personally involved with her properties. Pay attention to the additional Addendums to the short, core Lease itself - lots of fine print that will ultimate cost you $$$ from your Security Deposit.
