Didn't even make it in. Man on the phone was rude and unprofessional. Stating I needed to place an order before he answered my questions (I've never ordered flowers before). When I told him I'd like more information before I placed an order he hung the phone up on me. This is completely unacceptable in any customer service position.
Highly recommend great arrangements.
Was very disappointed. Sent my wife flowers for v-day, I ordered online, it was not what I ordered. Three roses and mixed flower for 140 dollars what a rip off. I could have got nicer flowers at Ingles. Will never go back!
Terrible experience. All of the flowers for my grandmother's funeral came from this florist. The flowers we were given were nothing compared to what we had ordered, they were all wilted and dying, and we were supremely overcharged, but could do nothing about any if this as we didn't see them until the day of the viewing. The color schemes were completely wrong they did not use the color ribbons that we had asked them to, and they used cheap filler flowers and did not give us the flowers we had specified. Stop by the shop recently for flowers to put on family graves in Riverside Cemetery - they had just what I wanted! Hard to find a full service florist in Asheville anymore, but Asheville Floral is certainly that. Had a nice chat with the lady operating the shop.
