First class operation! I’ve worked with Asheville Eye a couple years now and I can say with confidence they are the best of the best in terms of professionalism in the optical world.
waiting a long time my appointment is at 8:30 am and it's 11:08 am and I'm still waiting for the glasses
I loge it they was so nice I love Asheville eye associates❤️❤️❤️
This review may be slightly premature, but I am just so excited so I had to share: I had “Clear Lens Exchange” performed by Dr Macaluso on my right eye Dec 23rd and my left eye Dec 30th. We were visiting on vacation and my daughter scratched her eye somehow. Asheville eye associates worked her into their Franklin office and she saw Dr Kempecki who provided excellent care. Even though we are from out of town a follow up call to see how she was was very much appreciated. Drs who truly care, and add that southern hospitality made our experience a great one. If we lived here we would choose Asheville eye Associates as our eye doctors.
Worst place to go. I’m a previous employee and i bought glasses cleaner and talked to an employee about my new job. Got a phone call and was threatened by Denise from the front desk and was told not to step back on the property because I was supposedly trying to recruit employees. This place is centered around DRAMA and I left because it’s unprofessional. I wasn’t going to post this but I was threatened and I’m not going to stand for it. Something needs to be done about this.
great customer service. 😌
It was being cattle herded!! I will NEVER go here again. And, will tell everyone I come in contact with NOT to use Asheville Eye Associates! Poor customer service. Contacts took 20 days to get. Dr Meade breezed in and out without exam explanation nor contact prescription. NEVER AGAIN!!!
